this handmade dress features pink seersucker fabric. It has an eyelet bib accent in organza ruffled trim. Dress has snaps up the back and is sleeveless leaving it perfect for adding a lacy layered tee if needed! Back snaps up and has large seersucker bow. Skirt has generous large hem with crochet lace detail. Comes with an underskirt sewn in but it won’t provide a ton of extra puffiness. We have restocked our separate petticoats that you can easily stick on underneath! Bloomers are extra $15.
